What are your Shipping Policies?

USA Shipping: Free shipping is available on orders of $99 or more.

Outside the USA:  International shipping charges are $25 for orders up to size 20x24.  Original works of art and prints larger than 20x24 may require additional fees charged once purchase is final and before shipped. Important: All import duties are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact us with any questions you may have.

 

What is your Return Policy?

All sales are final; however,  if you are dissatisfied, please contact us directly as it remains my goal to provide you with fine art originals and reproductions that you can enjoy for many years to come.

Do you accept installments for Purchases?

We do offer 45-day layaway plans for original art and prints over $350. Please contact us directly for details.

Our Custom Sized Prints available?

Yes! Pricing will vary for custom sizes. See our Print Pricing List HERE

Can Canvas Prints be stretched?

All of our canvas prints can be stretched. For best results, we advise using a professional framer and special order your print with an additional border for gallery (1 5") wrap or standard (7/8") wrapped canvases. 

 

How do I purchase a gift card? Do they expire?

Please contact us directly for gift card purchases that never expire!

When I purchase a print or painting, who owns the rights to the artwork?  

One Hour LLC retains all rights to artwork created by Diana Marino. Including original paintings and images sold or commissioned. Unless the collector has also purchased the full or partial rights to the artwork, One Hour LLC and Diana Marino retains the right to make reproductions of all created artwork.  For purchasing rights, please contact us at art@dianamarino.com. Duplication of artwork by purchaser or collector is strictly forbidden without written permission.  Please inform and credit all published artwork if reproduced.  Collectors have the right to display purchased artwork in their residence or business. Resale and/or reproduction is prohibited without the written permission of One Hour LLC.
